Manufacturing Characteristics:
DL Alloy Steel Ring is a combination of our company's process edge with the imported GCr15 material. Perfect precision geometry size is gained. Selection is introduced to the special tools and advanced machinery both of domestic made and overseas-made. The imported annealing process, quenching process and the machining process as well as after-process treatment and rigid inspection procedures are employed. Both of the outer and inner quality are guaranteed compared with the advanced level of the same kind.About use: 1. Long service life. Different materials have different durability. Alloy steel is different from No.20 steel. Alloy steel is competitive against No.20 steel in abrasion resistance, heat radiation and anti-cohesion, say 3-5 times, therefore, the service life is three times longer than that of steel.
2. Fewer broken ends and stable amount of fuzzy yarns. Perfect precision geometry size and the little deformation assure the slow wear of ring in operation. The constant tension is gained and the ring traveller size is kept constant.
3. Short running-in period for hi-speed operation. The path of the ring is smoother. The good heat resistance is helpful to anti-wedging, which is impossible for No. 20 steel.
4. Economy of manpower, labor and time. The imported anti-rust oil is used for one year guarantee. No cleaning or drying is required. Only wipe the ring with a clean cloth for operation. There is no need to stop the machine for grinding.
