The
Black Finish Steel Ring
is firstly immerged in a special liquid under a precisely
controlled process, sulfide is thus formed in its surface, on
which a compound solid state film is then coated. These two
layers on ring's surface make the steel ring distinct to the
normal steel ring without special treatment.

1. Friction factor will decrease 1/2 to 1/3 between
ring traveller
and steel ring.
2. Sulfide layer functions solid grease, as well as friction
resistance.
3. No running-in period, new steel ring is suitable to run at
a high speed.
