DL extra hard Elastic Cover for top apron roller is made of
newly developed material,
with special processes. It is extra hard
on its unique smooth and fine surface.

series loose boss top roller) after mounting with
DL extra hard
Elastic Cover, shapes a new type of Top Apron Roller (for ring
frame) in an identical size to the conventional one in outer
dia.25mm (e.g. China made SL-6825 series top apron roller), but
with an value-added property.
Special features:
1. As compared with traditional single or double layer
synthetic rubber cot, DL Elastic Cover
is less in electric
resistance and stronger in the anti-static.
The traditional synthetic rubber cot, during the process of
coating on its surface, the coating layer infiltration may not
be evenly distributed, cot surface maybe hardened thus reduces
its elastic friction, cot surface's spot hardness difference
will finally cause an unstable cot gripping force on the
yarn.
DL Elastic Cover adopts imported materials, after several
special process, forms a Elastic Cover get rids of the above
mentioned disadvantages, to ensure a stable gripping force and a
longer service life.
2. Extreme fine in the internal surface, entirely get rid of
difficulty during mounting cot to the loose boss roller.
Reasonable allowance of the internal size gives a reliable
assurance towards the spun yarn
quality.
3. Easy handling. With our DL
mounting device or available
mounting device in the spinning mill DL Elastic Cover could be
easily mounted onto the bare loose top roller dia.19mm, such as
Chinese SL-6819, Texparts products and other roller in dia.19mm,
to form a top apron roller without eccentricity.
4. Conventional top apron roller with a loose boss roller,
apron occasionally slips on the metal surface of roller, results
in an unstable draft in the middle zone, higher in thick places
of yarn.
DL Elastic Cover after mounting on the top apron
roller, is totally free from spinner’s headache, i.e. surface
rust which may appear on the traditional loose boss roller for
use as top apron roller. It enormously increases its friction
with top apron, and makes top apron rotate extremely steady. Top
and bottom aprons thus form a stable gripping force, and greatly
improves their rotation synchronization during drafting,
enhances the controlling force on the fiber, eventually, it
effectively improves the evenness of the spun yarn.
5. By adopting DL Elastic Cover
top apron roller, the fiber
when passing the channel between the top and bottom aprons gains
an effective gripping force, greatly increases the friction area
in the drafting zone, successfully prevents fiber from change
speed before expectation, strengthen control on the fiber, avoid
fiber's partition, fiber's speed change point will be
concentrated on the front clip point. It effectively
reduce hairiness.
6. Good reconversion. DL Elastic
Cover immediately undergoes
conversion to its previous elastic stage as compared to the
traditional cot.
7. No rust on its surface even in a comparatively high temp
and high humidity condition, this feature could not be found
in the traditional loose boss roller.
8. By adopting the new type of Top Apron Roller mounted with
DL extra hard Elastic Cover,
textile mills will also be
able to decrease the variety of top roller, find it easy in
its management and maintenance, and finally reduce its
operating cost.
Special attentions:
No grinding, pressing and surface
treatment is allowed. Dust or grease on its surface could
only be wiped off gentle with a clean and soft cloth.
