Main features:
1. Normal service life more than one year, depends on the yarn count.
2. Its inner rail forms by arcs, gives very good anti-wedge property, smooth yarn channel and steady tension of the yarn and auto-adjustment of balloon. Due to its deep inner rail and its thin neck, ring travellers when rotating along with ring, no break tension will generate.
3. Accurate geometry shape and dimension effectively reduce breakage during spinning and yarn's hairness, improves evenness level.
4. Increasement of carbon in its surface prolongs ring's service life.
5. Very short or without running-in time, suitable for designing speed upto 20,000rpm.
Special attentions:
1. The proper time for changing steel ring is when the bottom of bobbin has been shaped
and at the middle of cop.
2. Ring traveller weight should be properly selected.
3. Before start operating the ring frame, snail wire, spindle and steel ring centricity should be carefully checked.
4. For spinning spun silk or man-made fibre,
black finish steel ring or coating steel ring are recommended.
5. If change steel ring for the sake of count change, steel ring should be removed and then immediately immersed in the soap-oil for cleaning, then dried in a lower temperature and stored in a dry place after placing with anti-rust oil.
