DL-142 series Top Apron Cradle (most spinner regard as
Plastic Cradle) is developed on the basis of
repeated experiments, tests and improvement, it is put into market since
2002. Its structure and basic principle of design are superior
to the similar local made products available in China market.
In early 2003, further improvement is made on the Top Apron
Cradle (Plastic Cradle), 1) selected new type of enforced fiber is adopted as
material of the main body of the Cradle, during the time of
molding, special additive is added to help gain stability of the enforced fiber structure. Unique treatment is applied after
molding process, thus makes the main body stiff, flexible and stable in its structure. The main body's rigidity is
ensure to be comparable to the conventional Cradle made of metal 2) the moving parts
in both left and right side, are made of the
import selected material, ensures a smooth and stable movement, to
refrain from their dampness, and ultimately guarantee the
optimum quality of spun yarn.
